A native New Brunswicker, Joshua has been in the restaurant business for over 15 years. Graduating from the Hospitality & Culinary Management program at NBCC St. Andrews in the early 00's, Joshua has worked in a variety of restaurants which has woven him into the hospitality fabric of Charlotte Country.

Lisa Aronson

Originally hailing from Vancouver Island, BC, Lisa has a wicked eye for detail and an undeniable passion for local, sustainable cuisine. A partnership with Picaroon's brewery has brought exciting new beer influences to her creations. Lisa loves to create dishes that bring people together. As Chef says, food "is one of those things that people can relate to, it's just that simple".
